The law firm's new offices are at 5 Park Plaza in Irvine, where it is moving to accommodate its growing practice, says Royce Sharf of the Irvine office of Studley. Sharf was part of a Studley team including Michael Props and Scott Granger that represented the law firm. The landlord, the Irvine Co., was represented by Craig Brashier of Cushman & Wakefield.
Wolfe & Wyman is scheduled to move into its new space in January. The relocation will be a significant expansion in office size for the law firm, which has been occupying 9,000 sf at its existing location. It has been at the 2600 Michelson address for six years in a lease that is due to expire on Feb. 1, 2004. The building it will relocate to is a 20-story, 398,925-sf office tower that was built in 1989.
