Berkeley Street Scheme Joins West End Market

LONDON-Terrace Hill and The Longford Group have completed their speculative office development at 16 Berkeley Street, London W1 and, having failed to find a pre-letting, they are now marketing it at pounds 65 ($110) per sf.

Terrace Hill director Robert Lane said: "This development has been designed to meet the needs of the modern corporate occupier seeking a prestigious Mayfair headquarters."

Letting agents DE & J Levy, Doherty Baines and Edward Charles & Partners have relaunched their marketing campaign with a quoting rent of £65 ($110) per sf.
