HBG Construction will start on site in January 2004 on the new building, which is to be laid out on six floors, with a typical floorplate of 13,230 sf, and basement parking for 40 cars. Completion is anticipated in Summer 2005.
Alistair Bond of Hartnell Taylor Cook, joint letting agent with DTZ, said: "The supply of built high quality buildings is limited and this will give occupiers the opportunity to move without having to wait for a pre-let.
