Dolco Packaging has 60,250 sf at 2300 Raymer Ave. in Fullerton, where it has conducted business since the Fullerton Air Industrial Park was built about 30 years ago. The most recent lease, worth nearly $3.5 million, works out to about $5.80 per sf.
Interek Testing Services' deal at 27611 La Paz Rd. in nearby Laguna Niguel is for 17,626 sf, and is worth about $11 per sf. The company, which conducts tests on children's toys, has been a tenant for 10 years. Voit Development Co. acquired the property last year and has renovated the 23-year old office park.
Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office represented HC Fullerton, LLC in the deal with Dolco Packaging, which was represented by Brian Bennett of The Saywitz Co. They also handled negotiations for Voit Development Co. in its deal with Interek Testing Services, which was represented by Bruce Hoffman of Equis Corp.
