Palmer & Cay, an insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm, signed a 10,750-sf lease that gives the Georgia-based company a Midwest office.

While Dan Maslauski of The Staubach Company represented Palmer & Cay, Andrea Saewitz handles leasing for the Dallas-based REIT. Saewitz notes the lease continues a trend of financial service and insurance firms taking space in her company's building.
