Six other law firms--Vanasco, Genelly & Miller/Merrick & Klimek, PC; DiVincenzo Schoenfield Swartzman; Gerard A. Facchini & Associates; Liston & Lafakis; The Patterson Law Firm; as well as Geraghty & Stein--signed new deals totaling 21,470 sf.
John Trueman of Newmark Midwest Region LLC represented IES while Golub & Co.'s Bob Budington represented the joint venture in all of the lease deals.
