Among the tenants in the two-story medical office building are the Silver Lake Clinic PA., Shoreview Foot Clinic, Orthopaedic Partners PA., MotionCare Inc., Shoreview Dental Associates, and Progressive Eyecare Associates PA.
Frauenshuh, who has managed and leased the Shoreview Medical Center for more than six years, was asked to sell the building by the owners, SHF & Associates. Frauenshuh will retain the management and leasing contract under the new ownership, said Gary Lindstrom, EVP of Frauenshuh. Edina, MN-based Frauenshuh is a diversified commercial real estate firm.
