Friedman Leases 12,000 SF in Taylor

TAYLOR, MI-Friedman real estate has negotiated a 12,000-sf lease for light industrial space in Taylor. The tenant, Commercial Tire Services, is expanding into the Detroit market.

Commercial Tire Services Inc. leased the facility for its expansion and debut into the metropolitan Detroit Area. Commercial Tire Services Inc. currently has five other locations throughout the state of Michigan.

Friedman's Jim Roberts represented both the tenant, Commercial Tire Services Inc. and the landlords, Sal Vacca and Americo Mauti in the lease transaction.
