The new facility will be built next to and will connect to the company's existing headquarters in the city. The company now operates about 225,000 sf of warehouse operations in three separate locations. The new warehouse will allow the company to merge all of its warehouse and logistical operations. The new building will offer it more cubic sf than it now has, plus add office space.
"We believe that placing all inventory, shipping, returns and special project functions under one roof will add yet another level of efficiency," says Eric Paulsen, chairman and CEO of Navarre.
Late last month, the company asked the New Hope City Council for an extension to file plat plans.
