Revious is a managing director of the Frederick Ross Co., the largest, locally owned, full-service commercial real estate firm. Revious, a member of DMCAR since its inception in 1994, began serving on its board in 2001. A 16-year veteran of commercial real estate, he specializes in the Central Business District, Lower Downtown and the Midtown markets. Revious also is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Lower Downtown District Inc., and the Downtown Denver Partnership.

In addition to Revious, newly elected DMCAR board members include JR Bitzer of Bitzer Real Estate Partners; John Fairbairn, Fairbairn Commercial; Todd M. Wheeler, of Cushman & Wakefield Colorado; and Hunter Barto, Dean Callan & Co.

Also, Bob Whittelsey, of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler was named president-elect; Marc Lippitt, of Unique Properties LLC, was named treasurer; and Todd M. Wheeler, Cushman & Wakefield, will serve as secretary.

Three real estate veterans were installed as Colorado Association of Realtor directors on the DMCAR board--John Propp of Propp Properties, Jeffrey L. Kirkendall, of Developing Equities Group LLC, John Prop, Propp Properties, is a Colorado, and Betsey Busse, of Sperry Van Ness.
