Neo Lofts, located at 10 S.W. River Dr., features views of the Miami River, Biscayne Bay and Downtown.
The units have between 646 sf and 1,174 sf of living area. Neo Lofts' amenities include a rooftop infinity-edge pool, an urban garden retreat, an oriental soaking bath, hammocks, a garden orchard and a dog park.
Neo Concepts is also developing an $80 million, 36-story, 443-unit loft condominium tower called NeoVertika--the company's second loft project--in the city. NeoVertika, located at 690 S.W. First Court in Brickell Village, also will include about 20,000 sf of retail space on the groundfloor.
