The office park is a complex of three buildings totaling 144,227 sf. The first building, known as the Mill, is an 86,000 sf, four- and five-story, 19th century brick mill. It was renovated in 1986 and is now first-class office space. The second building, containing 45,500 sf of office space, was originally constructed of concrete and steel in 1970 and was also renovated in 1986. A third brick building of 12,500 sf completes the complex.
Broderick emphasizes that the deal worked well because the lender was able to understand the property owner's long-term strategy for the property. "They were able to meet all of our client's needs and deliver in a very tight time frame," he adds.
