Greg Benjamin, VP, Steve Koeneke, senior director, Dan Metzger, senior investment analyst and Dominic Berntson, investment analyst of NorthMarq's local office, arranged the financing on behalf of the borrower, Logan Investment Co., a Colorado General Partnership.
