The law firm, which will maintain a satellite office in St. Paul, moved out of 29,000 sf of space at the Wells Fargo Place, formerly called the Minnesota World Trade Center, to new headquarters at 225 South Sixth St. Downtown. Wells Fargo Place is owned and managed by Zeller Realty. The move started taking place in mid-summer. The law firm occupies about four floors at 225 South Sixth St., which is owned by Hines Interests.
Although the firm had its roots in St. Paul, its local office had been growing, and it wanted to consolidate to improve communications.
