The building, which includes 249 parking spaces and is situatedon a five-acre site, is currently 100% leased to four tenants,headed by Bowne Digital Services LLC, a specialized digitalprinting company. The other tenants are Eluci International Inc.,Metrology Solutions Inc. and Sabtex Ltd.
