In the largest of the nine, Sunrise Medical, a medical rehabilitation facility, leased 10,000 sf. Other tenants that also inked leases at the center include Budget Rent-a-Car, Sylvan Learning Centers, H&R Block and Commercial Bank of Florida, as well as four local tenants. Gary Corbman, president of Cormark Realty Advisors, represented Flamingo Pines Shopping Center in the transactions.

The deals raise the shopping center's occupancy to 93%. In addition, there are leases still pending signatures, which would raise the center's occupancy to more than 95%. Existing tenants there include anchor Publix supermarket and Kaiser College.
