Grubb & Ellis Leases Industrial Space in Madison Heights

MADISON HEIGHTS, MI-A machine tool shop has leased 57,250 sf of space in Madison Heights in a deal negotiated through Grubb & Ellis.

Kemp & Sherman Co. of Madison Heights owns the property. The consolidation of three existing buildings in Metro Detroit into one new, larger facility will accommodate the tenant's space requirements. Move-in is expected in January 2004.

Grubb & Ellis team members of the firm's industrial group, Geoff Hill, SVP, and Chuck Ginster, VP, represented the owner in the transaction.
