Cap Gemini Ernst & Young was represented in the transaction by James Postell, principal and director of brokerage services, and David O'Sullivan, vice president, of the New Jersey office of Trammell Crow Co. TCC's Garden State operations are based in Florham Park, NJ. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
