Two Apartment Complexes Change Hands

SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MI-A 121-unit apartment complex in this Detroit suburb has been sold for $5.2 million; another property, in Royal Oak, fetched $565,000.

Friedman's Howard Perlman represented the seller in this sale transaction.

In Royal Oak, Farnum Sherman LLC of Oak Park sold the 8-unit Farnum-Sherman complex, located at 1315 West Farnum Avenue and 1314 North Sherman Drive. NSJC Investment LLC of Royal Oak purchased the property for $565,000.

The transaction was negotiated by Jeff Blanton of the Detroit office of Hendricks & Partners.
