The modern, bronze brick and fluted-block facility is located at 462-80 North 4th St. in Center City's rapidly developing Old City neighborhood. It contains a 2,800-sf showroom area, 2,000 sf of office space, and approximately 20,000 sf of warehouse/distribution space. There is an employee locker/lounge area and a private executive washroom in the office space.
Old City is one of the most active retail and residential areas of Philadelphia. Restaurants, galleries, shops and residential conversions of former industrial sites have revitalized the area, which is located just north of Independence Mall.
