Marcus & Millichap's Steve Gonzalez tells GlobeSt.com that buyer L&G Elliot LLC of Tempe plans to renovate the 2950 N. Dobson Rd. office plaza as part of its investment strategy. "It all happened so quickly," Gonzalez says of the transaction that put the "sold" sign on the property just one week after Settimio LLC of Chandler took it to market. "We just matched the right buyer to the right seller, Gonzalez says."
The retail office plaza, which was 87% occupied to several small businesses at the time of sale, features a separate 2400-sf pad occupied by the property's largest tenant, True West Credit Union. Gonzalez, along with Jamie Medress, also with Marcus & Millichap, represented both parties in the sales transaction.
