He says the homebuilder looked around the Westchase submarket, but liked the building's access to the Sam Houston Tollway. Imperial Homes will move into the extra space in November.
Scott Hill of Zenith Real Estate of Houston represented the building owner, Realty Corp. International Group LC. The low-rise, suburban office building contains about 49,000 sf. Office space is quoted at $15 per sf to $15.50 per sf.
In an unrelated transaction, Dunrich Holding Co. LP leased 3,305 sf in a 49,910-sf office building at 16903 Red Oak South in the FM 1960/Champions area. Robby Organ of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group represented the tenant. Doug Pack of Boxer Property Management Corp. in Houston represented the building owner, 16903 Red Oak LP.
