Joshua Rush, vice president of leasing for Greenstreet Properties, tells GlobeSt.com that the developer will begin construction next year on a multi-million-dollar project that will put several high-end retail stores and restaurants on two parcels of land at the local intersection. "We're working with a lot of high-end restaurants and new concepts that will be moving into the marketplace," Rush says. "We'll have some of the first restaurants moving into town at that location." Rush says Greenstreet Properties is presently in the process of purchasing 10 acres for the high-end project.

Meanwhile, Greenstreet Properties already signed Starbucks, Sports Clips, Washington Mutual Bank and the athletic club Fitness 19 to a 15,000-sf project that is still months from the groundbreaking, Rush says. The developer, who has built a number of other projects in the Valley, recently spent $1.2 million to buy an 86,367-sf tract from Loop 101 & Union Hills LLC. The land, situated near the 10 acres, is adjacent to a Wal-Mart Supercenter.

Trammell Crow Co.'s senior associates Matt Milinovich and Mike Kumelski represented Loop 101 & Union Hills LLC in the land sale transaction. Greenstreet properties was represented by Keith Lyon Realty of Las Vegas.
