In his new post, Damelio will serve as a consultant to individual Coldwell Banker Commercial franchisees on such issues as recruiting, retention, increasing market share, management practices, budgeting and other components of business planning, according to George Slusser, the company's president. The Northern Region includes the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin.
Damelio, who has been involved in assignments aggregating more than $30 million, comes to Coldwell Banker Commercial from the Staubach Co.'s New Jersey offices in Florham Park, where he was an associate. Previously, he was a senior account associate with Cushman & Wakefield.
