The building is owned by the New York City-based Lawrence Zirinsky Associates and managed by the company's management and leasing arm, National Business Parks of Princeton, NJ. The owner was represented by Vincent Marano, COO of National Business Parks, and NBP leasing executive Tom Stange.

"Stellar Academy is planning to open early in the first quarter of 2004," according to Marano. "We think this is an excellent choice for them in terms of a location that can serve workers in the surrounding [Somerset County] corporate complexes, as well as families throughout the Bridgewater area."

Stellar Academy, which is under the direction of Dr. Margaret Buley, focuses on early childhood education, stressing eight key areas of intelligence.

"We will be constructing the interior of the space specifically for Stellar Academy's requirements, which include child-size appointments in their learning centers, play areas and lavatories," according to Marano.

Bridgewater Corporate Center is part of a Zirinsky New Jersey portfolio that includes College Park at Princeton Forrestal Center, where NBP itself is based. A new complex, the 345,000-sd College Park 2, is currently being developed on a build-to-suiit basis.
