Kevin Tamura of Daum's San Fernando Valley office represented Runway Properties, with Stuart Scott of Daum's Ventura County office representing the seller, Flanders Family Trust. Runway Properties, previously based in the San Fernando Valley, will relocate to its new headquarters on approximately two-thirds of an acre of land at 4485 Runway St. Some 25 workers are expected to be employed at the site, which replaces the company's former headquarters in Chatsworth.
The new headquarters for Runway Properties is a concrete tilt-up structure with 2,500 sf of office space and on-site parking for approximately 30 cars, according to Scott. He notes that the sales price, at more than $111 per sf, is one of the highest per sf paid for a property of this type in the valley.
