MicroTronics Inc. paid $472,626 to seller Advanced Materials Technologies Inc. for the acreage, located at the southeast corner of Potter Road and West Campus Drive in Tempe, just north of the buyers' existing manufacturing facility in Tempe's Eaton Freeway Business Park. He, Mike Haenel and Andy Markham, all with with Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial, represented both the buyer and seller in the land sale.
