The buildings are located at Sixth Avenue and Interstate 70,Havana and Interstate 25, 52nd Avenue and Broadway and 4300 S.Federal. The properties' overall occupancy rate is 97%.

Baceline put together the purchase in only six weeks. It is thefirst of a series of acquisitions planned by Baceline, which plansto roll the properties into its No Debt Real Estate InvestmentFund. The goal of the fund will be to produce steady andpredictable cash flow in the 8% to 10% range for its investmentgroup.

Baceline includes partners in Chicago and Dallas. It plans toacquire $75 million in properties in the city, Chicago and Dallasover the next two years.
