Valley Oximetry & Polysomnography acquired a 3,595-sf office condo at 4555 E. Inverness Ave. from developer Master Real Estate Development LLC, getting a freestanding building for $151 per sf. "It's a good location for them and its right off the freeway," Laura Becker with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com of the recently completed three-building office park at Greenfield Road and Inverness Avenue near Route 60.
The firm, formerly located at 2345 E. University in Mesa, was the park's first buyer, selecting a building that features a cascading waterfall and pond in front, Becker said.Becker and Kirk Jenkins, also with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, negotiated the transaction on behalf of both buyer and seller.
