Jalux is involved in aircraft leasing and the import and sale of related equipment and materials. The company was previously located at 101 N. Sepulveda Blvd., where it had been for the past five years. Jalux will occupy a portion of the third floor at 390 N. Sepulveda within the LAX Business Center, a newly renovated campus park that consists of three 108,000-sf, three-story office buildings built in 1980. Jim Jaudro and Mike Henry of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Sakioka Farms.
