Romantica, a new 2,264-sf Italian restaurant, opened in the former Le Metro restaurant at 29855 Northwestern Highway, Goren says. In the second deal, S1 Home Designs, an interior decorating and home design service, leased 1,150 sf at 29791 Northwestern Highway.
In addition, Z-Coil, which sells shoes featuring a patented design to help ease foot, leg and back pain, leased 1,081 sf at 31500 Northwestern Highway.
Rosellen Gliner, a leasing agent in Armada's retail division, represented the landlord, 29649 Northwestern Limited Partnership, and the tenants in the transactions.
