The Madison Heights property, owned by First Industrial Realty Trust of Southfield, was selected for its close proximity to other Lear facilities as well as to the tenant's existing customers. Occupancy is expected in November 2003.

In the second deal, 17,720 sf of office space in Southfield went to Record Deposition Service Inc. of Southfield. Eleven Inkster, LLC of Livonia owns this high-tech facility, which the tenant selected to accommodate its business needs of a single story building centrally located in Southfield. Occupancy is expected in February 2004.
