Debra L. Stevens, principal and Richard M. Robinson provided tenant representation services to Prudential Financial in all the lease transactions working with GVA Williams in New York. The deals involve 9,400 sf at 160 Gould St., in which the property owner was represented by June Nelson of CB Richard Ellis; 3,600 sf at One Taunton Green in Taunton in which the property owner was represented in house by Dave DeSantis; and, 9,300 sf at 501 Edgewater Dr. in Wakefield in which the property owner was represented by CBRE's Patrick Cavanagh.
The Route 128 markets continue to experience high vacancies with the Route 128/ North market posting an overall vacancy rate of 34.9% and the Route 128/West market with a vacancy rate of 25%, according to Cushman & Wakefield's most recent statistics. Both figures represent an increase over the previous year's rates.
