CBRE says Sypris will occupy more than 50% of the Class A, 53,000-sf building, where it will be the new facility's first tenant and will receive building top signage. The CBRE team of Nico Vilgiate, Todd Doney and Charlie Smith represented Sypris in the 11-year deal, which is valued at more than $7 million. The landlord, Prudential, was represented by Joe Minervini and Erik Larson of Cushman & Wakefield.
Sypris Data Systems, a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions Inc., specializes in the research, development and manufacture of high-performance telemetry technologies for data acquisition, storage and information dissemination requirements. The parent company, based in Louisville, KY, performs a wide range of manufacturing and technical services, marketing to major corporations and government agencies in the aerospace and defense electronics fields and a number of other industries.
