Warehouser Signs 50,000-SF Lease

LINDEN, NJ-Sheldon Gross Realty arranged the transaction for Brook Warehousing Corp., a long-time client. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.

Vice presidents Jonathan Glick and Robert Bowman of Sheldon Gross Realty represented Brook in the transaction. Terms of the lease and the identity of the owner of the property were not disclosed.

"Our relationship with Brook Warehousing spans a number of years," says Glick, whose company has offices in West Orange and Wall Twp., NJ. "We are pleased to have the opportunity to represent the company."
