Wardwell, who has over 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, has been VP for Frauenshuh Cos. and VP of brokerage at United Properties. He also has been involved in more than 500 lease and sale transactions totaling more than 5 million sf. Wardwell is a member of Society of Industrial Office Realtors, as well as several other commercial real estate organizations.

Reiling has worked for Welsh Cos.' retail brokerage division for 10 years. She serves as a board member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors on its Education Committee and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Reiling is actively involved in a variety of organizations devoted to retail real estate.
