"Since February, we've leased 108,000 sf. That's pretty good in this market," Mike Goldwater, with Ross Brown Partners, the property's leasing agent, tells GlobeSt.com.
With lease rates of between 55 to 65 cents triple net, the business park at 6965 S. Priest Drive has leased up quickly to tenants such as Nesco Manufacturing, a maker of architectural stone and rock products, which in August took one of the center's largest leases at 26,500 sf. Castle Furniture recently signed on for the last of the remaining space when it inked a 17,873 SF lease with landlord MS Guadalupe LLC Goldwater and partner Jim Stockwell, served as leasing agents for the owner while Mark Krison, with CB Richard Ellis, represented Castle Furniture in the latest lease deal.
