William Kogel of Told represented the auto accessory company. The seller, Roxford Business Center LLC, was represented by Kogel and Ron Berndt, also of Told, who are the listing agents for the center. The two buildings sold for a total of nearly $4.6 million.
The Told brokers explain that Superior will occupy each of the two contiguous 25,000-sf high-cube buildings for offices as well as for the warehousing and distribution of auto accessories. Occupancy is scheduled for sometime this year.
The facilities are part of the new, three-building Roxford Business Center that was developed by Development Partners. The business center features freeway frontage at the interchange of the 5 and 405 Freeways. All three of the buildings are of concrete tilt-up construction, with 28-foot clearance and approximately 4,000 sf of offices. The third building within the center is in escrow, notes Berndt.
