"The Massachusetts Commission for the Blind had three primary concerns in finding a new headquarters, location, ease of accessibility and cost, all of which were met with the building at 48 Boylston St.," notes Joyce, a partner at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
The state agency, which services legally blind individuals, is relocating from Kingston Street. The deal represents nearly the entire building.
