The tech company's new space will be at 15 Enterprise, in the newest phase of the Summit project. STMicroelectronics, which will use the space for sales, research and development, expects to move into the space in December. The lease brings Summit Office Campus to 80% leased. The development, which is planned for 1.7 million sf in five phases, now consists of three phases comprising 960,000 sf of office space.

Mike Yousef, a VP at STMicroelectronics, says the firm was attracted by the proximity of its new space to a major transportation corridor and its presence within a community of several high-growth corporations.
