Catholic Health Initiatives Buys Building

DENVER-CHI bought the Class-A, Lansing Point building, a spec project developed by DTC/Meridian. The price wasn't released.

DENVER-Catholic Health Initiatives bought the Class-A, Lansing Point building in the Meridian International Business Center in Douglas County. The price CHI paid to the developer, DTC/Meridian, wasn’t released.

CHI is a majority sponsor for Centura Health, which mangers 18 health hospitals. Its hospitals include St. Anthony Central, St. Anthony North, Penrose Hospital, Penrose Community Hospital, St. Thomas More Hospital and St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center.In addition, CHIS is the parent of Mercy Medical Center in Durango.

Lansing Pint is a speculative project developed by DTC/Meridian, owner of Meridian and the Denver Technology Center. The three-story, 82,103-sf building at 11045 E. Lansing Circle, is just south of the E-470 toll road and east of Interstate 25. The building was designed by Denver-based Barber Architecture and constructed by the Weitz Co.
