The four year lease, signed with KBS Realty Advisors, a Newport Beach CA-based investment advisory firm, gives the companies expanded space for their operations.
Enterprise Resource Group, based in Bethesda, MD, is a management consulting firm that helps public and non-profit clients in more than 15 countries worldwide improve their strategy, growth and operations. Their leasing partner, Ascendix Technologies of Dallas, provides software products and services to mid-market companies.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
