Grubb & Ellis Sells 9 Acres in Howell

HOWELL, MI-Another parcel has been sold in a local industrial park. The sale of this land leaves only 20 acres remaining of the original 40 acres available just one year ago.

This property, owned by RKII Development, is located in a new industrial park on the west side of town. The park is one of very few existing in the Livingston County area and is selling quickly, Grubb & Ellis says. The sale of this land leaves only 20 acres remaining of the original 40 acres available just one year ago. The purchaser also owns property adjacent to this recently acquired land.
