In suburban Ellenwood, GA, Inland paid Paradise Ellenwood Ltd. $10.7 million, or $158 per sf, for the newly constructed 67,721-sf Shoppes of Ellenwood at the southeast corner of Atlanta and Fairview roads. Steve Sanders, senior vice president, Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc., negotiated for the REIT. Broker Michael Wagner represented the seller.

In Warner Robins, GA, 80 miles south of Downtown Atlanta, Inland paid Hand Partners Inc. $5.2 million, or $85.53 per sf, for the 60,7999-sf Houston Square at 207 Russell Parkway. Jason Lazarus of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc. represented Inland. Fred Hand III of Hand Partners negotiated for the seller.
