J.P. Plunkett of Cushman & Wakefield represented Great Point in the transaction, while Andrew Majewski of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners represented Network Engines.

The deal means that the three story office building is now 92% leased. Among its tenants are the insurance division of Stop & Shop Supermarkets, Safety First and a training center for the Home Depot. The building features a full service cafeteria, a gym and an ATM. The property is managed by C&W and overseen by James Halliday of Great Point Investors.
