Patriot Park II is an expansion of the company's existing Patriot Park and, when completed, will total 56,000 sf in two 28,000-sf units. Each will have a small office component of about 700 sf.
Located in the Route 33 corridor, Patriot Park II "is being constructed in two separate buildings with an internal traffic core not visible from the street, allowing businesses to maintain a professional appearance and private commercial loading and unloading," according to Erik A.
