In the Santa Ana transaction, Harbor Distributing Co. LLC has renewed its lease for 149,120 sf at 3100 W. Segerstrom Ave. Dave Desper of the Newport Beach office of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Lend Lease, with the tenant represented by Jack Fitzgibbons of PRES USA in the five-year, $4 million lease.
In Fullerton, Silvestri Brothers and Avram & Associates, two separate public warehousing and distribution firms, have each subleased 44,540 sf of industrial space from Global Associates Inc. of Logan, UT. Both firms have already occupied their respective portions of the building, which is at 1930 Malvern Ave. in Fullerton Crossroads. Steve Sprenger and Shawn Kelter of the Anaheim office of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenants and the sublandlord in the transactions, terms of which were not disclosed.
