Keith Green of the San Fernando Valley office of GVA Daum, part of a GVA Daum team that represented the centers developer, Katell Properties, reports that Kennedy-Western University schedules a March 1 occupancy of the entire second floor of the class A, two-story office building at 30301 Agoura Road. The move will follow extensive tenant improvements for the university, which will expand from nearby Thousand Oaks. The university will also occupy a small portion of the building's ground floor for computer and mailroom activities. More than 100 workers will be employed at the site.Green, David Corsello, also of GVA Daum's Valley office, and Michael Foxworthy of the firm's Ventura County office, represented Katell Properties. Carlo Brignardello of Cresa Partners represented the university.

Green notes that GVA Dlaum was hired to market the building less than four months ago, when it was totally vacant. He added that proposals are currently out with multiple other prospects.

Occcupying a 101 Freeway-close site, Agoura Hills Center is a steel frame building with free on-site parking of four spaces per 1,000 sf of office space.
