In the Medical Imaging Center lease, the firm has inked a seven-year extension of its lease, which is now a 10-year, $4 million deal for 23,069 sf at 2811 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica. Bruce Schuman and Tracci Rowe of Studley's Los Angeles office represented the tenant, with landlord 2811 Wilshire Associates represented by Chris Strickfaden of the PM Realty Group.

Schuman says the Medical Imaging Center expanded from its previous total of 15,987 sf in the building because of growth at the firm, which saw the current low demand for office space as an opportunity to lock in a favorable lease rate. He notes that the imaging center is the largest tenant in the 97,228-sf building.

In the Beverly Hills transaction, Citicorp North America Inc. has signed for 6,000 sf for 10 years in a $2.5 million lease at 9601 Wilshire Blvd., according to Rosey Miller of Studley's Los Angeles office, who represented Citicorp. The lease will commence in the first quarter of 2004. The landlord, Douglas Emmett & Co., was represented internally by Lark Christensen.
