Citicorp is relocating its offices to 101 JFK Parkway from the company's currently location at Metro Campus in Iselin, NJ and will use the facility for general office purposes. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The Citicorp transaction follows the recent signing by Bollinger Insurance for 69,500 sf at the newly repositioned 101 JFK Parkway (see earlier story). "These two leases validate our repositioning strategy at Reckson Office center," says Todd Rechler, senior vice president and managing director of Reckson Associates' New Jersey division.
The tenant roster at Reckson Office Center includes Schering Plough, Merrill Lynch, Siebel Systems, Prudential, Franklin Mutual and Dun & Bradstreet, which leases all of 103 JFK Parkway. A total of 120,000 sf of space remains available at 101 JFK Parkway, according to Rechler.
